This has been probably the most complete remodel that we have done. This remodel is as close as new construction as it gets, since we had to completely bring down the house to the studs and replaced electric, plumbing, sewer, sheetrock, cabinets and everything in between. The only "original" that remained are the studs, outside brick and slab, everything else we had to replace. We decided to have some fun at it and decided to do major layout changes, converting a bedroom into a huge closet, expanding the master bathroom and reducing the living room to create a new bedroom.
