Challenging project in terms of repairs. Vickijohn had a 1,000 sqft addition that was poorly built. PMR had to decide whether to keep the addition to have bigger structure (and therefore easier to appraise), or demolish it to bring back life to the backyard and have a very strong remaining structure. We decided to do what is right, removed 1,000 sqft and were still able to sell property at our projected price.
